Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing specialist to contribute to our marketing efforts at Sparks Wiz Limited, a consulting firm focused on various engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies and amplifying our brand visibility within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy:
    • Support the design and implementation of marketing strategies to highlight our services and expertise.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop engaging content across multiple platforms, such as social media, email, and our corporate website.
  2. Content Development:
    • Create and refine marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, newsletters, and blog entries.
    • Ensure all produced content adheres to brand standards and effectively conveys our unique value proposition.
  3. Online Marketing:
    • Oversee updates to the company website and social media accounts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
    • Analyze website traffic and social media performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
  4. Event Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and client seminars, including logistics and promotional materials.
    • Help create presentations and marketing materials for events.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and client preferences.
    • Collect and analyze data to refine marketing strategies and enhance service offerings.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather project insights and success stories for marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with external partners and agencies for various marketing projects as necessary.
  7. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
    • Assist in monitoring budgets and reporting for marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing capacity, ideally within the engineering or consulting sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
