Primary Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Brand Managers to gain in-depth knowledge of assigned brands. Utilize a customer-focused approach to align brand strategies with customer needs, resulting in effective commercialization plans. Activate brand presence in various markets.
  2. Analyze POS data, sales figures, market trends, and consumer insights to pinpoint business opportunities and develop persuasive selling narratives.
  3. Create impactful content for category line reviews and customer presentations, crafting stories that connect the customer with the brand.
  4. Lead the execution of new product launches through strategic planning, team training, and the development of sales support materials.
  5. Conduct retail visits to assess the competitive landscape, evaluate product assortments, enhance in-store experiences, and devise off-shelf merchandising solutions.
  6. Develop channel-specific collateral and tools to empower the sales team in effectively presenting to customers.
  7. Identify and implement marketing and promotional events tailored to specific channels or retailers.
  8. Travel as necessary for customer meetings and industry events.
  9. Monitor and respond to evolving market conditions, providing consistent feedback regarding customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to the Brand Team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
