Position Overview

The Normal Brand is an expanding clothing enterprise that offers apparel and accessories through online platforms and a multitude of retail locations across the United States. We are excited to welcome dedicated, personable, and goal-driven Retail Sales Specialists to our team. Each retail environment is designed to provide a vibrant, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Our mission is to enhance customer experiences, promote our products, and create a joyful shopping atmosphere.
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Ensure the store and products meet The Normal Brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Foster a respectful and communicative workplace culture.
  • Support a safe and tidy environment for both customers and team members.
