Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and life cycle of joint-marketing programs, ensuring alignment with Nissan's brand and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain marketing messages that vary by brand, product, and other factors, and ensure timely updates to marketing materials.
  • Assist in the integration of marketing initiatives with Nissan's Consumer Marketing teams, representing NMAC captive finance.
  • Produce various reports measuring performance versus objectives and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the consumer portal and co-branded advertising for financial products, ensuring brand compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform various compliance activities, including records retention, CCPA, and CFPB representation, and editing of policies and procedures.
  • Work with NNA and talent agencies to ensure accurate and seamless vehicle delivery and contract execution.
  • Assist the Financial Products Bulletins Team with end-of-month tasks, including checking rates and programs, bulletin creation, and posting to Dealertrack and Financial Products website.
  • Coordinate NMAC/IFS data system enhancements for dealership lead generation systems and reports used by field and regions.
  • Develop timelines and procedures, obtain legal and internal department approvals, and create dealer communication materials and training materials for field staff.
  • Create brand-compliant content for several websites, including nissanusa, infinitiusa, nissanfinance, and infinitifinance.
  • Review and approve content in the test environment and ensure accuracy.
  • Keep field and Dallas Operations informed of mail/email schedule and program results.
  • Coordinate advertising to align with NNA programs and initiatives to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Manage an advertising calendar, input advertising criteria into a content management system (Salesforce), and review proofs for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Ability to perform work onsite at NNA HQ.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Project Management skills (organization and time management skills).
  • Be ambitious and possess creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication abilities.
  • Be comfortable presenting to Management Team.
