Lead Human Resources Specialist

Overview: Insero Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Human Resources Specialist for a reputable manufacturing organization. This role encompasses a variety of HR functions including payroll management, benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR information systems
  • Manage leave of absence requests and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate interviews, onboarding processes, and orientation for new employees
  • Address employee relations matters promptly and effectively
  • Stay informed on legal developments to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related business field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable HR role is required. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with HRIS, preferably ADP. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including the ability to listen, communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, and present information clearly. Candidates must be capable of engaging with all levels of management and possess the ability to interpret and apply relevant guidelines, laws, policies, and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are crucial.
