  • Supervise essential HR functions, including compensation structures, benefits administration, and workforce analytics to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance the employee experience.
  • Design and execute HR processes that align with legal standards and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, evaluate salary adjustments, and provide guidance on salary planning.
  • Lead workforce analytics initiatives and drive programs based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure total rewards strategies are in harmony with the organization's mission and core values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate competitive compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Administer retirement plans, benefits offerings, compensation structures, and rewards programs.

  • Manage HR compliance responsibilities, including audits and internal policy support.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred HR certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HR databases, and knowledgeable about labor regulations.
  • Awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to build effective relationships and work autonomously.
  • Valid driver's license.
