**About the Role**

FASTENER DISTRIBUTION HOLDINGS LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative global talent acquisition strategies, programs, and tools to support a competitive talent landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deploy global talent acquisition strategies, programs, and tools to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build and implement foundational learning and development programs that support maximum impact and enable a learning culture.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and consult with business leaders on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitive talent landscape.
  • Champion Talent Acquisition priorities within the team and ensure these are reflected in recruiters' day-to-day work.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using data from multiple systems based on key stakeholder requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all recruiting technology utilization reports, escalations, and training needs of recruiting information systems.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of talent solutions and development initiatives.
  • Drive change management by assessing risks and benefits, engaging stakeholders, developing strategies, creating communication, and supporting plans.
  • Remain current on broad recruiting/talent development, DE&I, and technology trends to provide insights and recommendations on potential organizational implications.
  • Apply analytical skills and leverage talent data to identify gaps and drive predictive analysis of talent acquisition and development needs across the organization.
  • Recommend, design, and implement metrics and measurements to assess the impact of our talent and development initiatives to better understand the impact and ROI.
  • Work with leadership to define and report on KPIs and metrics. Manage recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Measure capacity and effectiveness of recruiting processes across the full recruitment lifecycle. Use insights to inform stakeholders and ensure delivery against targets and plans.
  • Full ownership of recruiting scorecard to communicate operational, process, and systems updates for the team on a weekly basis.
  • Develop vendor relationships and manage talent budget.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of talent development solutions and enterprise talent development initiatives.
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable talent solutions and/or team interventions.
  • Assess learning needs throughout the organization to meet strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to integrate innovative, modern content and methodologies for leadership development and professional development.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to execute learning strategies.

**Basic Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree required with a preferred major in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, Learning and Organizational Development experience, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience with leading teams and/or projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance, EEOC, affirmative action, employment law, and diversity recruiting best practices
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen
  • Results-driven performer with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong project management/delivery skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support multiple senior-level leaders across various locations
  • Experience in designing and delivering a curriculum
  • A successful track record in supporting cultural change
  • Knowledge of HR Related systems, understanding of data flows across key applications, and ability to serve as a conduit between Business Units, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, and HR Business Partners
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using multiple sources of data based on key stakeholder requirements
  • Knowledge of evolving best practices in the field of talent acquisition and development
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional consultative presentation and written communication skills with impactful influence
