Position Overview:
The Experienced Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team by leading recruitment and onboarding initiatives for fee earners across various US offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the firm's summer associate, entry-level, and lateral associate recruitment processes.
- Manage the summer associate program, including orientation and onboarding, planning social events, and coordinating evaluations.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues to update job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring consistent messaging across locations.
- Engage in campus outreach by fostering relationships with key law schools, including career services and student organizations.
- Liaise with recruiting agencies and candidates regarding open positions.
- Assist in managing recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking relevant information, including hiring costs.
- Support the strategic initiatives of the local and global Recruitment Committee and DEI Committee related to recruitment programs and outreach.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and responsiveness, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving approach.
