Position Overview

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall Talent Acquisition efforts by facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes across our various offices in the United States. This position is primarily focused on the recruitment of associates and summer associates, while also providing assistance in the recruitment of lateral partners and business services as needed. The annual salary for this role is competitive and reflects the candidate's experience, typically ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of the firm's recruitment processes for summer associates, entry-level positions, and lateral associates.
  • Manage the summer associate program, which includes coordinating orientation and onboarding, organizing social events, facilitating workflow, serving as a liaison for candidates, and conducting evaluations at mid-summer and the conclusion of the program.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in talent acquisition to refine job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring a unified message across all offices.
  • Engage in outreach to law schools by fostering relationships with career services and student organizations.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiting agencies and candidates regarding available positions.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking pertinent information, including hiring costs.
  • Support the strategic objectives of both the local and global Recruitment Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in relation to recruitment initiatives and outreach.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of recruitment experience within a law firm setting is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a capacity to interact effectively at all organizational levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient project management skills, including effective prioritization, multitasking, and deadline management.
