Overview:
As a Regional Sales Leader at Red Bull Gruppe, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure optimal in-store performance for a designated group of key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be entrusted with:

  • Setting sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives for each Account Manager and monitoring these metrics on a monthly basis, including providing feedback, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with retail partners and decision-makers to execute both national and local marketing initiatives.
  • Engaging in route rides (gate to gate) for two full days each week to train and assess the performance of Account Managers and the market execution conditions.
  • Equipping Account Managers with essential selling techniques through structured training sessions, including role-playing, overcoming objections, and understanding various buyer personas.
  • Conducting regular meetings and workshops with Account Managers, both in groups and individually, to enhance operational skills and acknowledge outstanding performance.
  • Collaborating across departments to share best practices and serve as a key contributor and leader among peers.
  • Building a diverse team that mirrors the marketplace, exemplifying Red Bull's core values, and inspiring the team through effective leadership.
  • Ensuring that the Account Manager team adheres to established standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
  • Experience in supervising a team of sales professionals.
  • A valid US Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
  • The capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
