Role Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated Sales Specialist to enhance our vibrant sales team. The Sales Specialist will focus on cultivating and expanding sales within a designated region by providing quotes and promoting our extensive selection of hydraulic control valves. This position demands an enthusiastic approach to client interaction, a solid technical foundation, exceptional communication abilities, and teamwork with application engineers to fulfill client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation and Proposal Development: Generate precise and prompt quotations for hydraulic control valves tailored to client needs.
  • Collaboration with Technical Engineers: Partner with technical engineers to grasp specifications and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients in the assigned region.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the external sales team and distributors in the region to meet sales objectives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including technical details and applications.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Order Management: Oversee the order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet or surpass sales goals and objectives for the region.
  • CRM Engagement: Effectively utilize CRM tools to monitor client interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing domain.
  • Technical knowledge or familiarity with hydraulic systems and control valves is advantageous.
  • Experience working alongside application engineers, project managers, and clients to meet specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in inside sales, particularly in a technical or industrial environment.
