Role Summary
The Regional Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing all Store Managers and Sales Associates within a designated area. This role is crucial for the overall success of the district, ensuring that the candidate not only excels in their duties but also exemplifies leadership qualities and supports Store Managers as needed. The Regional Operations Leader will drive key performance metrics and enhance brand loyalty through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stores within the assigned district.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire the team.
  • Guide Store Managers in all facets of store operations.
  • Meet monthly sales targets, manage budgets, and control expenses.
  • Reduce shrinkage by mentoring teams to maintain standards.
  • Supervise recruitment and management of store personnel, ensuring effective wage control.
  • Promote outstanding customer service and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure store presentation meets the highest standards.
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard new team members while emphasizing succession planning.
