The Position:

This sales leader will have a strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow a new and established territory to the next level. The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting our company's corporate culture, mission, and vision within the Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma regional territory. The Sales Representative must be actively engaged in direct customer sales, develop customer relationships, and be knowledgeable of the territory's overall business environment, including customer base, manufacturers, competition, workforce, and business operations. The industries covered include industrial and institutional markets. We represent manufacturers such as Limitorque, Ashcroft, ASCO, Bermad, Crispin, Shannon Thermal Insulation, Valmet, and Clark-Reliance. In addition to providing technical solutions, the Outside Sales Representative should be able to identify opportunities through problem solving, qualifying, and building customer relationships. We believe in personal development and will support that growth by providing professional sales and product training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve consistent sales growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide integrated solutions to achieve customer process objectives.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to identify opportunities and build customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Associates degree or 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in providing integrated solutions to achieve customer process objectives.
  • Technical knowledge of valves, valve automation, instrumentation, or steam specialties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, training, and safety clearances.
