The Territory Leader will engage with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth, promote products, introduce innovations, resolve issues, train customers, and discuss product performance.

This position is pivotal for achieving market penetration and sales expansion through exceptional customer service and effective use of company sales tools and systems.

You will independently connect with clients, collaborate with the sales manager, and report on market trends and competitive dynamics.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Conduct cold calls, identify prospects, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding service to existing clients.
  • Develop business relationships, introduce new products, and provide training.
  • Utilize internal and vendor computer systems, along with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a reliable vehicle and insurability for travel.
