Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Customer Service: Collaborate with your team to surpass daily sales targets and create an inclusive customer experience that makes every visitor feel valued.
  • Brand Advocacy: Educate customers and staff about our brand values and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our ethical practices.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously enhance your product knowledge to provide informed recommendations that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilize strong business acumen to develop and implement strategies that align with our overall business objectives and improve performance metrics.

Team Development:

  • Leadership and Coaching: Foster a culture of growth by mentoring your team, creating development plans, and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong skills in human resources, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to various software systems.
  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • Interest in ethical business practices and natural products.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience with consultative sales approaches.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop retail staff.
  • Background in diversity training and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
