Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Leader to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Implement and maintain Domino's standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all locations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and supply chain, to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
