Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing sales and marketing initiatives for our innovative Hemp/CBD product line, aiming to achieve and surpass the company's revenue and growth objectives.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and Chief of Sales, overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals.


Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
- Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to enhance revenue and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Set sales targets and guide the sales team to achieve these goals, providing support and motivation.
- Conduct sales forecasting and projections.

Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and boosting brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging marketing materials, content, and digital assets.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions.

Budget Management:
- Create and oversee budgets for sales and marketing efforts.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide financial performance reports to senior management.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to the management team.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations for ongoing growth.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collect customer feedback and integrate it into product and service improvements as well as sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in marketing strategies, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.

Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% - 75% of the time.

Education and Experience
- Familiarity with Hemp/CBD products is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing management with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000/year

Additional Compensation
- Bonus opportunities available.
