Elementary Robotics is on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Senior Strategic Sales Executive to enhance our dedicated team. If you possess strategic insight and a solid history in sales, along with a fervor for advanced technology, this role offers a unique chance to create a meaningful impact. As a Sales Executive focusing on machine vision solutions, you will be instrumental in broadening our client base and propelling revenue growth by utilizing our cutting-edge machine vision technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic account initiatives to convert targeted enterprise-level clients into Elementary patrons.
  • Employ solution-oriented and value-driven sales techniques to navigate the sales cycle towards successful outcomes.
  • Design solution-selling approaches to effectively demonstrate the advantages of Elementary's technology to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate across various departments, including executive leadership, sales management, solution engineering, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and product teams, to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects within targeted sectors such as consumer goods, food and beverage, and automotive.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification to contract negotiations and finalization.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the machine vision, automation, or technology sectors.
  • Established connections and relationships within relevant industries.
  • Strong business insight and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to recognize and leverage market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.

Salary Range

$120,000-$140,000 base, $250,000-$300,000 OTE
