Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth by following up on provided leads and creating new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Engagement: Actively pursue Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from our Business Development team, transforming them into viable sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
- Product and Market Acumen: Stay informed about Intellect's product offerings and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- New Business Acquisition: Close new business opportunities through effective negotiation and value-driven selling techniques.
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Assess market potential and devise sales strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Sales Target Fulfillment: Consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets within designated timeframes.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote and sell Intellect's solutions, employing a value-based sales approach to highlight benefits to prospective clients.
- Client Education: Inform clients about the financial and professional benefits of adopting Intellect's solutions.
- Sales Process Navigation: Guide prospects through the sales process, securing initial agreements and fostering revenue growth.
- Opportunity Development: Independently identify and cultivate sales opportunities, expanding the client base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Minimum of 7 years in solution or value-based selling.
- At least 5 years of experience selling complex SaaS products to senior-level executives.
- 3 years of experience in QMS sales.
- Experience in navigating intricate sales environments.
- Proven success in expanding an enterprise client portfolio.
- Ability to consistently secure new business and onboard new clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively in group settings.
- Capability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
