Senior Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships Opportunity

We are seeking a highly ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships to join our rapidly growing West Coast team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and impact with top brands while serving as a trusted partner across content campaigns and creative agency scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and impact with top brands
  • Manage the deal's lifecycle, from initial outreach and creative prospecting to negotiation and close on large-scale, integrated partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure client satisfaction, overperformance on KPIs, and identify organic growth opportunities
  • Lead multiple new partner projects while continuing to build new relationships and pipeline
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience driving revenue across digital, creative production, social, creator, agency, and content-style partnerships
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a dynamic rolodex of brand-direct relationships and decision makers
  • Curious and proactive leader with a strong command of advertising and marketing trends and confidence in making strategic recommendations for new clients
  • Experience as a consultative seller with the capacity to package recommendations for strategic programs incorporating talent, distribution, media, experiential, and 3rd-party organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, high energy, and a competitive spirit
What We Offer:
  • Estimated annual base salary range between $145,000 to $175,000 plus incentive compensation
