Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Los Angeles, with potential for remote work in Greater Chicago, Boston, or New York Area
Position Summary: Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Key Account Executive seeking a rewarding opportunity? In this role, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their sustained success. You will oversee a portfolio of significant accounts, pursue new business opportunities, and drive growth within these partnerships.

Industry: We are a leading global medical device firm with a presence in over 40 countries, specializing in Ear Piercing Instruments, Fashion Earrings, and Aftercare products & services. Our clientele includes Mass Market, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty Retailers, as well as outlets focused on Cosmetic, Aesthetic, Accessory, and Fashion. We also serve health professionals, including General Practitioners, Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and Cosmetologists.

With a global network of over 40 offices, we deliver top-quality products, marketing support, and sales assistance to empower our clients' success.
Key Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders.
- Overseeing daily operations and project management within the accounts, ensuring adherence to vendor and supplier protocols.
- Managing account sales and profit & loss responsibilities.
- Engaging in account sales analytics.
- Conducting demand planning and forecasting.
- Experience in managing broker relationships is advantageous.
- Understanding retailer portal requirements.
- Identifying client needs and surpassing expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including international offices.
- Serving as the primary contact for all client-related matters.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements for account management.
- Leading strategic account planning and establishing performance objectives.
Key Account Executive Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Key Account or National Account Manager, ideally within the Mass Market, Health & Beauty, or related Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Familiarity with Mass Market, Pharmacy, Health, and Beauty Retailers.
- Experience in buying or planning within a large retail environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, Office, Project Management software, and business applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events, including potential weekend travel.
