Our cutting-edge platform serves a diverse range of industries, including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, government, automotive, energy, and chemical manufacturing. By utilizing our solutions, organizations can significantly lower their Cost of Quality (CoQ), improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with essential industry standards such as ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and GxP regulations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Actively follow up on Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by our Business Development team, transforming them into viable sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
- Product and Market Insight: Stay informed about Intellect's product offerings and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- New Business Acquisition: Successfully close new business opportunities through effective negotiation and value-driven selling techniques.
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Assess market potential and devise sales strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Sales Target Fulfillment: Consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets within designated timeframes.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote and sell Intellect's solutions, demonstrating a value-based sales approach to highlight benefits to prospective clients.
- Client Education: Inform clients about the financial and professional benefits of adopting Intellect's solutions.
- Sales Process Navigation: Guide prospects through the sales process, securing initial agreements and driving revenue growth.
- Opportunity Development: Independently create and nurture sales opportunities, expanding the client base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to effectively manage complex sales cycles.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution or value-based selling.
- At least 5 years of experience selling complex SaaS products to senior executives.
- 3 years of experience in selling QMS solutions.
- Experience in navigating intricate sales environments.
- Proven success in expanding an enterprise client portfolio.
- Ability to consistently secure new business and attract new clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively in group settings.
- Capable of simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding.
- Comfortable and effective in remote work settings.
