As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, existing account management, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Sales Strategy
    • Integrate Xometry into the customer's procurement flow and build financial models to demonstrate the value of utilizing the Xometry Marketplace.
  • Manage a High-Quality Pipeline
    • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets, while delivering outstanding service to new and existing Xometry customers.
  • Train and Mentor Sales Professionals
    • Develop a successful enterprise sales playbook and create operating efficiencies.
  • Negotiate Business Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team
    • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and engage enterprise clients, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track Sales Performance
    • Provide regular reports to the executive team and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Management
    • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Proven track record of success creating and accelerating top-line revenue growth, preferably at a fast-growing technology or technology-enabled organization.
  • Strategic Sales Experience
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Experience building strategic plans for sales team growth and development, including account and activity planning.
  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Demonstrated success building senior-level satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customer relationships by securing long-term engagements.

  • Sales Tools Proficiency
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
