Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring that critical information reaches the appropriate individuals.
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues upon their arrival, providing them with relevant information and directions.
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, document copying, and filing.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations effectively.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
