Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring that critical information reaches the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors upon arrival, providing them with relevant information and directions.
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
