Client Success Specialist

Position Summary
As a Client Success Specialist at HireFinder, you will play a pivotal role in guiding hotel clients as they transition from conventional practices to our cutting-edge digital solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in your role as a Client Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and align with client objectives and challenges.
- Boost client Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and ensure they utilize our platform for all transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across various organizational levels.
- Lead success planning initiatives and conduct Executive Business Reviews.
- Guide users on how to maximize the benefits of our offerings.
- Evaluate client spending, savings, and engagement with the platform.
- Track product adoption metrics, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
- Work collaboratively across departments to enhance the client experience.
- Innovate and implement process enhancements for team efficiency and service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to foster client relationships and manage service lifecycles.
- Experience in assisting clients to maximize product effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Leadership qualities demonstrating assertiveness, problem-solving abilities, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience engaging with senior executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in hotel operations, particularly in Food & Beverage, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Customer Success platforms is desirable.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Client Onboarding role.
