Position Overview As a vital member of the Sales Finance team, you will play a key role in the commissions process, collaborating with essential stakeholders to execute our global incentive compensation strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing the comprehensive commission process to guarantee accurate calculations and timely payments. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and update essential data necessary for commission calculations (e.g., compensation plan details, employee target incentives) within our compensation management system. Detect and resolve discrepancies in systems and data, providing effective solutions. Address inquiries related to commissions and bonuses, conducting necessary research and preparing adjustments. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders in sales, finance, accounting, and other business areas. Conduct thorough analyses of compensation data sets to extract insights critical for informed business decisions. Support the implementation and management of compensation plans, policies, and programs.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Business Operations within a fast-paced or dynamic setting. Familiarity with Sales Compensation, FP&A, and/or Finance operations is preferred. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonuses, and other potential incentives. Individual compensation will be determined based on relevant qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate does not account for potential sign-on bonuses, benefits value, or future long-term incentives.
