Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for facilities-related issues within designated areas, initiating work requests and overseeing their completion. Manage budgets for maintenance and renovations while ensuring timely execution of routine services.
  • Oversee property administration tasks, including inventory management, data entry, and procurement processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient tracking systems.

  • Facilitate communication services within the facilities, providing updates and support to building occupants and managing logistical operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with five years of relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in facilities management, with strong analytical abilities to assess complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software and facilities management systems.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols regarding hazardous materials and emergency preparedness.

Certifications:

  • Possession of a valid California Non-commercial Driver's License.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform desk-based tasks and engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying objects up to 20 pounds.

Working Conditions:

  • Availability for emergency response situations, requiring readiness to address issues at any time.

Work Standards:

  • Adherence to all relevant policies and procedures is expected, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.
