Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Ad Operations Specialist for a contract role with competitive pay. In this position, you will be instrumental in enhancing revenue streams for our organization by overseeing and fine-tuning our on-site advertising assets. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete ad lifecycle, including architecture, integration, setup, testing, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and analysis. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ad operations or a related sector (such as digital advertising or marketing) is required, along with demonstrated expertise in working with ad server platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager).

Overview:

As a key player in our Ad Operations team, you will be vital in managing and optimizing our advertising inventory. You will handle the entire ad lifecycle, from the initial setup to ongoing performance analysis. This role is part of a new initiative aimed at developing a robust monetization strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the selected ad server to align with the company's objectives.
  • Optimize ad inventory across essential platforms.
  • Coordinate and monitor ad campaigns as per the requirements of our campaign management teams.
  • Ensure accurate ad serving, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Oversee staged rollouts and A/B testing of campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, etc.) and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Identify and execute strategies to boost ad performance and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the campaign management team to understand campaign objectives and ensure effective execution.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in ad technology.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ad operations or a related field (digital advertising, marketing).
  • Proven experience with ad server platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
  • Experience in onboarding publisher sell-side ad servers is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recognize trends.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
