Position Title: Payroll Specialist
Compensation:
$60,000 to $65,000 Annually
Includes comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401k, etc.)
This role is based in our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a range of training sessions and events, including onboarding and benefits administration.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within our HR Information System (HRIS) and other related platforms.
- Provide exceptional support to employees by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist in compliance-related processes adhering to various state and federal regulations.
- Handle requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims efficiently.
- Manage employee documentation and maintain organized files for new hires.
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports to uphold data integrity.
- Support and schedule learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and administrative duties as required.
- Demonstrate initiative and drive to advance projects independently.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Display strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize ADP WorkForce for daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, or an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of HR experience.

- Experience with ADP WorkForce is essential.
