Position Title: Payroll Specialist

Compensation:

$60,000 to $65,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a range of training sessions and events, including onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within our HR Information System (HRIS) and other related platforms.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in compliance-related processes adhering to various state and federal regulations.
  • Handle requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims efficiently.
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain organized files for new hires.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to uphold data integrity.
  • Support and schedule learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, or an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of HR experience.

  • Experience with ADP WorkForce is essential.
