Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively executes indirect patient care tasks, ensuring equipment is maintained and work areas are orderly and well-stocked.
  • Works collaboratively with therapists to clarify and guide patient care tasks.
  • Coordinates patient care efforts with rehabilitation staff while ensuring departmental efficiency.
  • Utilizes available resources and specialists for additional support in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: No prior experience required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver appropriate care aligned with professional standards and individual patient needs
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with individuals across various levels

Licenses and Certifications:

  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
