Job Summary

Eataly North America is seeking a highly skilled and organized On-Site Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for facilitating various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist to deploy a fully integrated People strategy from acquisition to exit.
  • Recruiting Process: Remain up to date on recruiting needs and track progress against open positions. Execute the recruiting process using the Applicant Tracking System: post jobs, source candidates, screen and select candidates for advancement, coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience and follow up.
  • Hiring Events and Job Fairs: Organize in-store hiring events and participate in external job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Offer Letters and Onboarding: Send offer letters and onboarding paperwork, and follow up with candidates about their first day of work and new hire orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Participate in facilitating new hire orientation and the onboarding process, guiding new employees in the completion of onboarding paperwork when necessary.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee files through the Human Resources Information System, including employee records, training tracking, status changes, and separations.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the preparation and set up of training classes, employee meetings, and staff classes.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as a liaison to employees, developing engagement activities and responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Benefits and Compliance: Drive awareness and adoption of the benefits offering at Eataly North America and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, directives, and policies.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Support the HR Business Partner with metrics and data analysis, and conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Industry Experience: Experience in high-volume operations, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills, exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Language: Bilingual in English & Spanish required
