About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Business Development to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the business community
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
