About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Business Development team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including solution-based selling and negotiation.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development and Growth: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sales strategies and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Proposal Writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and funnels.
