Job Overview

Exciting opportunity to work with a leading global firm that specializes in designing and constructing electrical systems, providing essential services across aerospace, defense, transportation, and security sectors.

Work Schedule and Compensation: Standard business hours with a competitive pay rate of $22/hr on W2 (Weekly Pay) - 40 hours per week.

Position Summary:

  • The Sales Order Management Specialist is tasked with delivering product and service information while effectively addressing any issues that may arise for customer accounts with precision and promptness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for designated customers and the company regarding spare parts management activities.
  • Ensure customer orders and material requirements are fulfilled in accordance with customer agreements and departmental protocols.
  • Execute MRP processes and generate replenishment orders as necessary.
  • Oversee inventory levels using customer inventory tracking systems.
  • Alert Material Planners and Buyers when inventory cannot be replenished as planned or when an increase in demand is detected.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and uphold customer satisfaction and service level standards.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to expedite urgent or critical customer orders.
  • Engage with customers and Quality Assurance for Certificate of Conformance (C of C) authorization when Parts Manufacturing Authority (PMA) is not available for a component.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers in areas requiring communication related to order processing and invoice management.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, and Basic Charts).
  • Ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when necessary to complete assigned tasks.
  • Possess a foundational understanding that leads to significant contributions through both independent and collaborative efforts.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting contracts effectively.
  • Adept at functioning in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent keyboard skills, ensuring both speed and accuracy in data entry.

Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
