Position Overview

As a Client Solutions Team Member, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and their target markets, driving revenue through effective brand promotion and client-oriented sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing targeted marketing lists to identify and engage potential sales leads
  • Offering clients products and solutions that streamline and enhance their daily operations
  • Managing sales orders, modifications, installation scheduling, and cancellations
  • Delivering product sales support to customers, fellow Client Solutions Team Members, and our external sales team
  • Executing tasks such as developing marketing campaigns, participating in live events, and following up on customer registrations
  • Thriving in a collaborative, competitive team atmosphere
  • Collaborating with the account management team to foster growth and retention of client accounts

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality sectors
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Effective communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong sales acumen and proficiency in overcoming objections
