Qualifications for the Client Support Associate:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality sectors
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient sales and closing skills with the capability to navigate objections
