Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an integral part of Cordova, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will cultivate and enhance candidate relationships through exceptional recruitment process execution, which includes sourcing, evaluating, and presenting candidates. This position emphasizes a high-touch approach to candidate relationship management, alongside a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness. The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the authority on applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing techniques, and the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract candidates that align with client profiles and to build a talent pool for current and future needs.
  • Manage candidate relationships by ensuring timely, professional, and responsive interactions, maintaining frequent communication and a high standard of service.
  • Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives and strategies.
  • Adhere to the established recruitment process to ensure effective delivery.
  • Utilize competency-based interviewing techniques to assess and differentiate candidates during the presentation and short-listing phases.
  • Clearly articulate job opportunities and the value proposition of the client.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in Technology, Sales, or Executive sectors.
  • At least 1 year of experience conducting competency/behavioral interviews.
  • 1+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Crelate.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
  • Background in recruiting within the Technology, Sales, and Executive markets.
