Your Role:
As a Senior Dealer Success Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our largest automotive dealer accounts. Collaborating closely with our sales team, your primary objective will be to enhance account retention and ensure dealer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our dealer partners, ensuring their needs are met and their business goals are achieved.
  • Onboarding and Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular business reviews and analyze account performance using various analytical tools, including Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Strategic Consultation: Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders within dealer organizations, advising them on best practices and product optimizations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement tailored solutions for our dealer partners.

Challenges:
In this dynamic role, you will need to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to interpret performance data and convey insights will be crucial for success.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, a background in analytics, and experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce. A passion for problem-solving and a desire to learn are essential.
