Position Overview

The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in generating sales appointments with customers who reach out to the dealership for new and/or pre-owned vehicles. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Address internet inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Accurately input all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
  • Schedule sales appointments effectively.
  • Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and satisfaction.
  • Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
  • Compile necessary reports and documentation promptly.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all customer interactions.

Compensation:

Salary is set at $17.00 per hour, with a monthly advance of $2,600 plus commission. The compensation structure includes a base hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $17.00, along with commission based on closed sales, and potential production bonuses based on individual or team performance.

The Sales Consultant is integral in managing customer inquiries, utilizing CRM software and lead management tools to ensure a smooth flow of communication and customer engagement. Training will be provided to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, as well as knowledge of inventory, financing, and incentive programs. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive work environment with robust advertising resources and user-friendly systems.
