Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Mitutoyo America Corporation. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training programs for customers and Mitutoyo America personnel to promote the effective use of our products.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and Mitutoyo America personnel, including answering technical inquiries and troubleshooting product issues.
  • Product Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of product inventory, including ordering and stocking products as needed.
  • Metrology Center Operations: Ensure the operability and maintenance of our metrology center equipment, including performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product demonstrations, training, and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Equivalent of two-year degree; additional specialized training.
  • Experience: Three years' experience in a related field, preferably in sales, customer service, or product support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification.
