Patient Services Coordinator II

This position is responsible for providing administrative support in a high-volume ambulatory practice. The Patient Services Coordinator II works closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with patients, caregivers, and colleagues professionally
- Coordinate appointments and referrals efficiently
- Handle check-in/out processes and triage calls
- Utilize scheduling and PC software to coordinate patient care
- Assist with revenue enhancement activities and training
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy according to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma/GED with healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of staff
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Service-oriented attitude with a sense of humor and kindness
