Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator II

This position is responsible for providing administrative support in a high-volume ambulatory practice. The Patient Services Coordinator II works closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with patients, caregivers, and colleagues professionally
  • Coordinate appointments and referrals efficiently
  • Handle check-in/out processes and triage calls
  • Utilize scheduling and PC software to coordinate patient care
  • Assist with revenue enhancement activities and training
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy according to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED with healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of staff
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Service-oriented attitude with a sense of humor and kindness
