Job Description: As a Business Office Manager at SummerHouse Vista Shores, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation, overseeing cash controls, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for coordinating the processing of payroll and employee benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and submission of necessary documentation, including resident move-in and move-out paperwork.
  • Oversee cash controls, including the depositing and posting of cash receipts and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily cashbooks and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate the processing of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including those related to resident billing and collections.

Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with one year of experience in accounting or a similar position.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our community.
