Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial and physical aspects of the warehouse
  • Prepare and examine financial records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Prepare QuickBooks profit and loss statements for filing taxes
  • Handle shipping and inventory entry in QuickBooks

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
