Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Moray Holdings. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and reconciling payroll accounts. You will also prepare financial reports related to personnel costs and assist in the annual budgeting process.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, payroll systems, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Our company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
