Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at French Fountains, a high-end fountain company based in New Orleans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and physical aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the gallery's financial and physical order, including inventory management and shipping.
  • Compute and record numerical data, and check the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties, and prepare Quickbooks profit and loss statements for filing taxes.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Quickbooks accounting and inventory management is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and preparing profit and loss statements for taxes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
