We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Leader to join our team in New Orleans, LA.
About the Role:
The Executive Culinary Leader will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our Polished Casual establishment, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate culinary personnel
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control, and P&L reports
- Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes
Requirements:
- At least three years of high-volume restaurant experience in upscale dining
- Experience in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely guest-oriented with high honesty and integrity
