About the Role:

The Executive Culinary Leader will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our Polished Casual establishment, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate culinary personnel
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
  • Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control, and P&L reports
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes

Requirements:

  • At least three years of high-volume restaurant experience in upscale dining
  • Experience in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely guest-oriented with high honesty and integrity
