About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/HR Admin to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our overall recruiting strategy, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases and social media
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of employment with a minimum of 5 years at one company
  • HR experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
