Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics of candidate interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, and communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Post job vacancies on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and consistent.
- Conduct preliminary resume evaluations to identify suitable candidates for further assessment by recruiters or hiring managers.
- Organize and administer necessary pre-employment assessments, ensuring results are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Maintain and update the ATS with candidate data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing and distributing offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates and relay findings to the hiring team.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in generating and distributing regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Monitor and manage recruitment timelines, ensuring all hiring stages are completed promptly.
- Assist in implementing diversity-focused recruitment strategies to cultivate a varied candidate pool.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in a start-up or growth-oriented company is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with platforms like Trakstar Hire, Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
