Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Easy Recruiter. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel required as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
The Medical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative and medical secretarial tasks to support physicians and clinic staff. This position acts as a crucial link between the medical team and various stakeholders, including patients and external agencies. Key duties include:

  • Proactively gathering necessary documents, reports, and information to assist physicians in their daily activities.
  • Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meetings for physicians and mid-level providers.
  • Facilitating communication with a variety of professionals, including other physicians, administrators, and legal representatives.
  • Addressing inquiries from external organizations, including governmental and professional bodies.
  • Identifying and correcting inconsistencies in medical documentation while preserving the original intent and style of the provider.
  • Coordinating legal correspondence, including communication with attorneys and scheduling depositions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and relevant financial data as requested.
  • Performing clerical tasks, including transcription of medical notes and documentation.
